Happy Birthday!

Today is my dad's birthday. I love my dad so much. He is such a roll modal to me. Last night my brother and I made him a cake. I have been the only one that has been eathing though. A couple of years ago he got us into ATVing. We have been addicted ever since. In fact he bought another one today for my brother to ride. We have gone though I think 8 ATVs in almost 2 years I think. He is a very successful Dad. He works very hard. He has a full time job plus he builds houses on the side just for fun!
It is not just my Dad's birthday. It was also my Grandma's birthday. My Grandma died of 14 years of cancer about 3 or 4 years ago. It was a very hard time and it was very hard for me. The cemitary she is at is not even a mile away and in the winter when there is not corn or beans I ride my ATV over there. She also was the reason I became a SCC fan. When she was in her last week a man came to sing to her and he sang "With Hope" By Steven Curtis Chapman. I loved it and I was in tears and I was a fan ever since!

Smiles for Education

Today was the first day that I did not have CC practice afterschool. My friends Dad picks us up from school. One of my other friend's mom came over to me and said that, Molly, My friends little sister had won the Smiles for Education drawing from Hy-Vee! Well If you don't know I won it when I was in 5th grade. Every year they draw 10 kids name though out the mid-west. I got an ipod nano (The day they came out) and my school got $7,500 for my school. They came to our school and I was on the radio and my class got to be on the news and the front page of the Des Moines Register! And a party of my choice for my class! This year they are giving out a dell labtop and $5,000 to the schools! It was so cool because we are really close and that it is VERY unlikely to have 2 people in the same town plus know eachother well! Here is what was in the paper when I won. I look soooo little! Congratz Molly!

New Look!

I have been wanting to change the heading for the longest time but I just haven't had time. But the main thing that stopped me was I did not know what I wanted to do with it. So finally I made one. I am going to try to switch it out often. You CCCer's just send me pictures and I will make a heading out of it!

New Problem

Last night when I could not sleep, I got off my loft and went to get my ipod. When I tryed to turn it on the screen was discolored. Since my mom was really tired she had gone to bed early and I did not want to wake her up so I desided to wait until morning to tell her. I was planning for her go crazy and say I should have been more resonsible and stuff but NO. She took it like it was a good thing. She like, I am surprised it lasted this long, or you haven't lost it yet. You have had it since the day the nanos came out. We will just have to get a new one... A better one. I was amazed! So now I will be waiting for my new ipod.

One of a lot of things to blog about

OK so I have a lot of things I want to get around to blogging about... time is the problem. Then I will have a list of things to write about and what do you think happens when I don't write things like that down?!?!?! I FORGET!!!!!!! So the 1st thing that came to mind about what was on my list. The Steven Curtis Chapman concert... He and his band are coming to Des Moines on Thursday and who do you think got front row tickets?!?!? Mua!!!! The thing is that I will be coming from my CC meet in The DM area but that means I will be hot and sweety, so if I get a good time I will quickly go to my Aunt't house so I can shower... I am sooo excited! This will be my 3rd SCC concert!!!!!!!! The opening bands are Bethany Dillion and Santius Real. Will (SCC's youngest son, 16) is playing the drums for all 3 of them! I will be in heaven! And don't worry about not getting to see pictures, I already have a new memory card that holds 1888 pic. and I already told my mom she is also bringing her good camera! OK so now I am just jabbing..... More intresting next time!(maybe)
