Camp

Last week I went to my second year of ccc camp. It was a lot of fun. Sorry on the late post on it. We made a lot of inside jokes with each other. Our favorite part was when we were at the YMCA camp, girls that were about 8 were walking around singing a really sweet version of "I'm a little teapot". So when we got back on campus we sang it in the camper God given Talent Show! On the first day of canoeing there were white caps on the lake and what would have taken 20 minutes to get back from the beach took 2 1/2 hours. That night we didn't eat dinner until 9:30. It was a long night! Since of all the flooding we could not canoe down the river so instead we played some games at the beach. We took a watermelon and covered it in crisco so it was slipper and we threw it around. Then we played sink the canoe! That was a lot of fun! But my favorite thing we did was when we flipped the canoe over to see if "Myth Busters" was correct about if you flip over the canoe you can get underneath it. It is true! You get to see the real color of the water. It is not very pretty. You'd never swim in a lake the same again if you knew what the was color really was! We also did the challenge coarse and that was a lot of fun! That is just a little about my week at camp!

Looks like you had a great time at camp! I love the way you scrap-booked the pictures...wish I knew how to do this.

The challenge course looks like fun. Glad you made such wonderful memories!
