We may not all like George W. Bush, but that doesn't mean we can't thank him. I can't imagaine how much stess it would take to run a country. Steven Curtis Chapman wrote a song thanking him and if you want to listen to it, you will want to do that right away because it will only be playing of a few days.

My View

All you hear about on the news is about how the economy is going down hill and it is not good. I know it is not the best it has been in awhile but I am tired of people complaining about it. So we don't has much money as an economy at the moment and maybe you will have to cut back on the Christmas presents this year. I believe that is not the economy that is bad, it is our poor spending choices. We have been spoiled in the past and we don't understand that we already have more than most countries. We are just used to higher standards so when it isn't as good as before we go crazy. I was watching House hunter's the other night and my dad was guessing what house they were going to pick. And of coarse it was the one out of there price range. And his point was that most Americans haven't been good investments. Does anyone feel the way I do about this?

Yesterday I went to watch my cousin and my old cross country coach run and I bought this really cute monkey keychain in the gift shop and I thought it would be really cute to scrapbook but it did not turn out the way I wanted it to. Oh well, Next monkey might work better!

Nerds

Everytime I go to the store with my grandma I sometimes come up with a reason I need candy. And like most grandmas I am guess, she always for the most part gets it for me. About 2 months ago I went to the store with her over lunch after a doctors appointment and she bought me nerds for my trapper at school. Half of the box I left at home and the rest I put in a baggie and brought them to school. This is all the nerds I have left and it has been almost 2 or 3 months. And I eat them all the time!

Digital Scrapbook Mag.

For my birthday last year I got a gift card for $20 to the scrapbooking store. So on Saturday I took my mom so we could get supplies for upcoming pages. The first thing I looked at was the digital scrapbooking magazines. There were 4 different kinds. I picked up all for and deciding I really like these two, I look at the price of them and know wonder I liked it so much! one was $20 and the other was $30. So I put them back since I didn't want to spend my gift card on 1 magazine. Instead I got two of the cheaper ones. They are OK but nothing like the other ones. Maybe next time I go I will get one of them. They were so great! They had many good tips.

Oh, No... Not again

The title explains it all! I never set retainer on my tray at school. Instead I always set it on my trapper. I hadn't worn it to school lately so I forgot about it and when I picked up my stuff I must of knocked it off and not realized it. I didn't realize it was missing until 10:00 that night when I was trying to find it. Right away i realized what I did and decided to go to bed and worry about finding it tomorrow. So the next day at school I got and see if anyone has turned it in and no one had, they checked w/ the janiter to see if he found it while cleaning, he hadn't. Sigh, so I am a frustarted at myself for doing this but what can I do about it now? So I tell my mom and she was really calm about it considering it was the second time I lost it but the 1st time I did not find it. I have an appointment Monday to get a new one. Now my pocketbook is going to be lighter that is for sure!

I found a picture of some of my friends that was taken last March and of course I scrapbooked it! I tried putting 2 scrapbook pages together using pictures from the 1st day of school and it looks awesome I think! But notice my grammer error, Not a big one if you know read it! But I love it anyway! When I have nothing else to do I will go back and fix it!

As you know, I talk about Mai a lot! I have said this before that talk almost everyday! We have both told each other some things that we went from either Japan or the US. Mai asked me to send her Skittles, Starbursts, Orange Tic Tacs, and Trident Strawberry fusion gum (Which I haven't bought yet, because I can't find it in the stores yet. I am hoping they haven't discontinued it.), I would get another thing to surprise her. I know what she is sending me but I am not going to tell you until I get it! I am so grateful for my friends in Japan. If you don't have friends that are from a different country you don't know what I am talking about... But I encourage you if you have the opportunity to, to make friends from different countries. It is one of the best experience I have ever had.
