Waiting for a miracle

I found this family and they need a miracle desperately. It is time to go get on our knees for this family. Susannah is almost 3 years old and up to this point has lived in Kunming, China. She has a heart condition and has become very sick. Her family actually met her for the first time in a hospital (on 9/16) This little girl needs a miracle to make it home to Tennessee.
